BB&E is seeking to fill Program Manager positions at Shaw AFB, SC in support of HQ AFCENT to assist with managing construction projects to include development of Statements if Work, programming documents, DD1391s, cost estimates, construction schedules, and execution phase status as work product deliverables.

  • The PM will coordinate with deployed personnel on mission support capabilities and deficiencies at expeditionary and forward operating sites; maintain continuous contact and integrate data from War Reserve Material (WRM) program managers, engineering functional/program managers, personnel and manpower functions, and planning and engagement functions, and any other organization required to support planning; assist in the identification, coordination, and development of AFCENT engineering-related capabilities involving AFCENT forces. Coordinate and maintain liaison relationships (as required) with military and national level agencies.
  • Provide technical expertise to the Government at meetings pursuant to the requirements.
  • Provide support by facilitating meetings and developing technical presentations, etc. as required. Meetings shall include but not be limited to Program Management Reviews, staff meetings, program discussions, strategy sessions, etc. Support the AFCENT at conferences and meetings to include planning, coordinating, and facilitating Program Management Review conferences.
  •  Maintain databases for specific project tracking. The PM shall collect the data and compile it into files compatible with the supported location.
  • Provide deliverables, including review, interpretation and defining the application of new statutory and regulatory requirements. Deliverables shall include recommendations for Air Force integration of these requirements
  • Assist in documenting program files, organizing files, organizing format for active file use and staging.
  • Ensure all products and briefings produced in support of this contract are in strict compliance with security classification, restrictive caveats, and dissemination directives as prescribed by Air Force (AF) USCENTCOM and USAFCENT directives.
  • Travel and provide onsite and offsite support to other CONUS and OCONUS locations in the USAFCENT AOR as requested within Southwest Asia AOR and maintain current passport and visa requirements as required to ensure travel to countries in support of AFCENT mission.


Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSA).


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture or similar field and four (4) years of experience.
  • Two (2) years of experience in leading people and managing tasks of subordinates.
  • Strong writing skills and being capable of effectively operating as a member of an engineering or joint discipline planning team. Strong briefing skills and being capable of effective communication.
  • Must have experience and working knowledge of the following programs and systems within the last three (3) years: Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access), SIPR Access, and Automated Civil Engineer System Database (ACES) and SMS BUILDER
