  •    Work with collaboratively with the COR(s) and other BB&E personnel to ensure projects are on track.
  •   Assist in the preparation of the entire acquisition package for submittal to contracting, including         preparation of Statements of Work, Independent Government Estimates, Contractor Selection Memos and other RFP package components.
  • Review project design and material submittals. Prepare written comments and coordinate reviews with others. 
  • Perform routine Project Management duties including, but not limited to
  • Prepare project management plans, meeting agendas and associated minutes, briefing slides, and other routine project management documents
  • Files maintenance
  • Project status updates,
  • Coordinate contract modifications and associated technical evaluations,
  • Coordinate project scope and funding requirements, and assist with project close-out tasks including final coordination of DD Forms 1354.


         Periodic travel to project locations. 


  • Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) / Registered Architect (RA) is highly desirable, but not required. It is expected that the minimum education and professional experience requirements have been met, as listed below.
  • The candidate MUST DEMONSTRATE the following:  A Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Architecture from an Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) - university is required. 
  • A Minimum four (4) years' experience with Air Force or DoD Facility, Infrastructure, and Project Management with design/construction agent (DA/CA) authority and execution
  • Performance Location: On-site at AFCEC 
  • Provide demonstrated performance of work in the following areas:
  • Perform periodic quality control on deliverables completed by other contractor key personnel on this TO;
  • Working knowledge of the government procurement process and regulations related to A/E services and construction contracts;
  •   Working knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and guidance;
  •   Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Utilizing and applying computer software including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word,PowerPoint).
